Taking control of your workers compensation claims through effective internal claims management practices is a PROVEN means to reduce your workers’ compensation costs. This workshop will show you how to implement the
CSRMA Workers’ Compensation Claims Management & Return to Work Program
(Updated to reflect current California law, streamlined and with new management tools!)
And take advantage of the New CSRMA Medical Provider Network
Even if your Agency does not have a history of serious workers’ compensation claims, this workshop will provide your Agency with tools to effectively manage any claims that may occur in an efficient, legal and cost-effective manner. As you know, a single workers’ compensation claim that has not been effectively managed at the Agency level can be disastrous for workers’ compensation budgets, employee morale and employment practices liability.
This Program, developed specifically for CSRMA members, contains tools and resources to:
- Reduce the incidence rate of lost-time claims
- Reduce the length of lost-time claims
- Ensure your Agency follows ADA requirements regarding injured employees
- Put your Agency in greater control of your workers’ compensation costs
- Take advantage of the cost-saving benefits of participating in the CSRMA Medical Provider Network
